Hotel Cartagena Dubai

Luxury accommodation with magnificent setting really close to Cartagena which by the way is a lovely place outside of Miami. Very good building and rooms with stylish decoration...

The accommodation had a central location on the beach plus skyline. We truly enjoyed rooms with great views.

The restaurant had savoury meals.

Well-organised rooms with mini bar and panoramic views, as example, nice pool. Satisfactory breakfast and a lot of goodies. Good location really close to old town, 0 min on foot to Bocagrande. Short walk to restaurants and 2 shopping malls and Bocagrande and the ocean with a beach in front.

perfect spot for city exploration and park relaxation

during my stay, I found the hotel to be just a short walk from the beautiful Walled City of Cartagena, a must-see with its historic landmarks, and it was also very close to the serene Plaza Santo Domingo, where I enjoyed many relaxing afternoons.

Staff were cute and helpful. We did encounter some maintenance issues that needed addressing. The location made it easy to explore the surroundings, but some cleanliness aspects could use improvement.

I had a lovely time lounging by the beautiful outdoor pool and enjoying a pampering body scrub at the spa. The beachfront access was perfect, and I loved the cozy vibe it offered. Just be ready for the chilly room temperatures at night 😊

A friendly staff but many flaws

The friendly staff always greeted us with smiles. I enjoyed the location, easy to explore.

The hotel was in dire need of a remodel.

The rooftop bar offers fine views and an enjoyable ambiance. The room was clean with an amazing ocean view, and the breakfast provided a great variety of options. Communication issues arose as staff struggled with English, which complicated basic requests. Flooding in room 1802 created an unsafe environment.

We enjoyed exploring the nearby attractions, especially the vibrant local scene and taking part in exciting water activities with my dad and kids. The pool area was decent, great to relax and unwind after our daily adventures.

My wife says that the breakfast options were quite limited and unappetizing, which wasn't ideal for our family.

I had a lovely time in Cartagena! The view from the rooftop is stunning, and the pool area is just perfect for unwinding after a long day. I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious room and the delicious breakfast options, even if they got a little repetitive!

The view from my room was amazing, offering a amazing ocean panorama. The infinity pool was perfect for sunset selfies, and the massive rooms felt luxurious. The vibe was good, and I loved lounging by the bar.

The games room had fun activities to enjoy. The staff needs better training as their service was inconsistent.

The hotel has a fantastic rooftop bar with amazing views and a clean, well-maintained room. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the staff was kind and helpful throughout my visit. One area for improvement would be the responsiveness of the front desk during busy hours.
